11u Stout Wraps Up Season at Ballparks of America
The 11u Stout team wrapped up the 2019 season with a trip to Ballparks of America in Branson, Missouri. The team enjoyed a fun-filled week that included games on several of the legendary baseball fields that make up Ballparks of America.
Player Profile – Rylie Rokusek
Rylie Rokusek has earned several awards playing baseball and basketball, but he says the greatest one so far is signing a letter of intent to play baseball at State Fair Community College. The Holden, MO native is set to play for the Roadrunners starting this fall and took time to tell his experience of making it to the next level…and a great fishing story.
Player Profile – Dalton Riechers
Dalton Riechers, a 2019 graduate from Platte City High School, joined John Boenker’s team in 2016, and after endless dedication to the game, recently committed to play baseball at Benedictine College. We sat down with Dalton to hear what playing at IE for 3 seasons has meant to him.
12u Weaver Players Enjoy Amazing T-Bones Experience
Players from the 12u Weaver team enjoyed an amazing evening at T-Bones Stadium. The team won the T-Bones Spring Dingers 12AAA tournament in April and earned the night with the T-Bones. The players participated in the in-game activities and each player was announced with a T-Bones player during pre-game activities.
Player Profile – Ashton Paith
Ashton Paith has experienced a remarkable year. The Ray-Pec senior committed during his Junior year to play baseball at Washburn University only to later learn that he needed surgery on his throwing shoulder. The past year has challenged Ashton, both physically and mentally, but he’s weathered the storm and is ready to take on his last year at Inside Edge.

We’re kicking off the 2019 Player Profiles with a true Inside Edge original. Jackson Boenker joined IE in 2013, playing for one of the original 7 teams. His dedication to development over the past six years has earned him an offer to play baseball at North Central Missouri College.
IE Baseball Tryout Registration is Open
Inside Edge Baseball Academy features teams ranging from 8u to 17/18u Showcase. Players of all abilities and playing experience are encouraged to attend a baseball tryout. Players will be assessed in a series of baseball skill stations and will be evaluated by the Inside Edge coaching staff.
Player Profile – Paul Wendling
Paul Wendling (Bishop Miege, 2018) has committed to play catcher at Indiana State University. His path to playing Division 1 college baseball is a great story for any player who aspires to play at the collegiate level.
